Recipe Vinegar pickles

Vous faites partie de ceux qui raffolent tellement de ces petits cucurbitacées qu'ils sont capables de manger un bocal de cornichons entier en faisant fi de l'aigreur du vinaigre ? Tant mieux ! Car cette recette maison de conserves au vinaigre va faire danser vos papilles.

Ingredients

Number of persons: autant de personnes
  • 1 kg de cornichons
  • 1 litre de vinaigre blanc de qualité
  • 12 oignons grelot
  • 6 brins d'estragon
  • 3 feuilles de laurier
  • grains de poivre
  • graines de coriandre
  • 250 g de gros sel

Preparation

  1. For this pickle preparation, choose small healthy pickles and freshly picked. Cut them and eliminate the down which covers them without skinning them, with for example a rough tea towel.
  2. Put them to be 24 hours with 250 g of coarse salt.
  3. Throw the water made by pickles and drain them.
  4. Repeat them for 5 minutes in a solution of cold water added with a few spoonfuls of vinegar, then cut them.
  5. Put the pickles in the jars Le Parfait By distributing the peeled bells onions and the herbs.
  6. Cover with vinegar, close your pickle of pickle, keep cool and wait a month before serving pickles with vinegar.
