Recipe Kiwis jam

- Peel the kiwis (it's the longest!).
- Cut them into small dice, put them in a jam basin by adding the lemon juice, the orange juice, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, half the weight of the kiwis in crystallized sugar and orange and lemon zest.
- Bake. As soon as it boils, lower the heat and cook for another 20 min. Depending on your taste, you can mix the preparation.
- Add the agar agar sachet and cook for another 5 min.
- Check the cooking by pouring a few drops on a cold plate then tip the plate. The jam must flow slowly.
- Ecumem and proceed without waiting for the pots. Close and turn the pots for 1 min, then put them back to the location to let them cool.
