Recipe Rose syrup strawberry jam

  • 1 kg de fraises équeutées
  • 800 g de sucre cristallisé
  • 1 citron jaune
  • 200 g de sirop de rose
  • 250 ml d'eau

Preparation

  3. Add the strawberries to the syrup. Continue cooking (about 105 ° C). Remove the foam that forms on the surface with your skimmer.
  4. Check the cooking by pouring a few drops on a cold plate then tip the plate. The jam must flow slowly.
  5. Immediately pour it into jams Le Parfait. Close them and turn them back for 1 min, then put them back to the right to let them cool.
