Ingredients

Number of persons: 6 à  8 personnes
  • 1 lapin
  • 1 bouteille 75 cl de vin rouge léger
  • 2 oignons
  • Aromates (thym, laurier …)
  • Sel, poivre
  • Huile

Preparation

  1. Cut the rabbit. Brown the pieces in a little oil, then reserve them on a dish.

  3. Put the rabbit pieces in the terrines Le Parfait Great or Le Parfait Familia Wiss then cover them with the hottest sauce possible up to 2 cm the edge and immediately sterilize (heat treatment) for 2:30 to 100 ° C.
