      J ai testé plusieurs recettes mais pour finir la meilleure est la plus simple , laisser le thon cuire dans sa propre graisse , du coup, son goût n est pas dénaturé, perso je met au fond du bocal une tranche de citron et 2 grains de poivre.

      Bonjour, ne faut-il pas ajouter de l’eau pour recouvrir le poisson avant de stériliser ?
