Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Wash and cut the zucchini into strips and place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
- Peel the garlic and add it to the zucchini. Sprinkle with oil, salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25 min at 180 ° C.
- Add the cooked zucchini and garlic to the mixer bowl with lemon juice and parsley. Mix finely. Taste and rectify the seasoning according to your tastes.
- Fill the terrines to the level indicated by the line (approx. 2 cm from the edge). Close the terrines and immediately proceed to the heat treatment 2 h at 100 ° C.
