This jar available in 2 capacities, adapts to all your desires thanks to its hermetic clip system with stainless steel clips to guarantee preparations with heat treatment and on the Go recipes. Perfectly waterproof, keep and transport your preparations with confidence. With its removable clips, your bistro jar is suitable for daily and microwave use. It is also suitable for pasteurization and sterilization of your recipes for long -lasting conservation. The clips are united with the stainless steel reinforcement, so no risk of loss.
This jar is composed:
- of a jar body in 425 ml or 580 ml
- a glass cover
- washer Le Parfait in 85 mm
- from a stainless steel frame to 3 clips
Tips for use: Before each use, wash the jars with hot soapy water. Never use metallic or abrasive sponges. Let them dry in the open air. The jar is pasteurizable, sterilizable, it also goes to the microwave and the dishwasher without its clips and its washer! As part of a use for long -lasting preservation, remove the metal frame after your heat treatment to check that the air vacuum has worked well. The clip mount can be used on other bistro jars.

Are jars and terrines sold with their spouses/capsules/lids?
Yes, all products are sold with their joints, lids and/or capsules, depending on the model.
Can I put my jars/terrines in the oven?
The joints and capsules do not support dry heat; Thermal treatment cannot therefore be carried out in a traditional oven. You can nevertheless use your jars or terrines as dishes. We then advise you not to exceed 200 ° C and start cooking cold in order to avoid any thermal shock.
Can I put my jars in the dishwasher?
Yes, we can completely put our jars in the dishwasher. However, the metal reinforcement should be removed beforehand, the joint, the lids and capsules. The latter are washable by hand with hot soapy water.
How to choose my relay point?
The choice of the relay point is made after the payment stage. After validating your payment, do not leave the page: a card allowing you to select your relay point will appear.
