- Peel and cut the pears into pieces.
- Cook the pear cubes so that you can easily crush them (steam or over low heat in a saucepan with water for 20 min).
- Mix the pears in your mixer.
- Recover the orange juice and add it to the pears. Add the spices according to your tastes. Mix.
- Fill your terrines to the level indicated by the line (approx. 2 cm from the edge). Close the terrines and immediately proceed to the heat treatment 30 minutes at 100 ° C.
