Recipe Canned pork roast

With this easy homemade recipe, you will simply be able to preserve the best pork. Incomparable in flavor, you can use it for example to accompany a soup at dinner or to take on a picnic.

Ingredients

Number of persons: 6 servings
  • 1 kg roast pork
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 bunch of thyme
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation

  • Prepare the roast at your convenience (as if consuming a roast of the same size). Salt, pepper and add the thyme and bay leaf.
  • Place it in a Le Parfait Super or Le Parfait Familia Wiss terrine adapted to its size so that there is as little air as possible, up to 2 cm from the rim. Do not add any liquid.
  • Close and immediately heat treat for 3 hours at 100°C.

N.B.: Perfect companion for picnics.
