- Wash and cut the ham so that the pieces fit into the terrines, limiting the empty space as much as possible.
- Salt, pepper and add some crushed berries or bay leaves according to your taste.
- Put everything in the Le Parfait super or Le Parfait Familia Wiss terrines.
- Close and immediately proceed to the heat treatment, 3 hours at 100°C.
Option: If you like it in jelly, add the jelly following the preparation instructions when you fill the terrines.
