Recipe Brugnons and Raspberries Jam

- Wash and pit the brugnons, weigh 400 g and cut them into pieces.
- Wash the lemon, slice it into thin slices while removing the seeds.
- Put the sugar with ½ glass of water in your jam basin and bring to the boil then add the nectarines, raspberries, lemon and ½ spoonful of grated nutmeg. Leave to cook for 7 minutes.
- Check the cooking by pouring a few drops onto a cold plate then tilting the plate. The jam should flow slowly.
- Skim and proceed without delay to potting.
