Recipe Apple Marmalade

What's the difference between marmalade and jam? The texture! Marmalade isn't chunky, so for this recipe, mash your pan-fried apples before storing them carefully in your favourite jars. Use this recipe for all the apples you like: green apple, reinette, pink lady, gala, try it and enjoy.
