Ingredients list
- 2.5 kg of ripe tomatoes
- 2 onions chopped
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1 bay leaf
- Thyme
- Parsley
- Basil or tarragon leaves
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- Spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to season

Preparation
- Wash, de-seed and peel the tomatoes. Cut into chunks.
- Brown the chopped onions in a drop of olive oil in a frying pan, add the crushed garlic, tomatoes, herbs, spices, sugar. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer gently for about 30 minutes.
- Blend.
- Begin filling your Le Parfait Super Jars with the tomato sauce, leaving a gap of 2 cm from the brim. Seal tightly and proceed immediately to the heat treatment for 45 minutes at 100°C.
