- Wash the strawberries and remove the stalks.
- Put them in a blender with the mint and lemon juice. Blend finely. For a smooth result, strain the coulis.
- Fill the terrines up to the level indicated by the line (about 2 cm from the edge). Close the terrines and proceed immediately to heat treatment for 35 minutes at 100°C.
