  • 400g of fresh rhubarb
  • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar 
  • 50g of sugar
  • 15cl of orange juice

  1. Peel and cut the apples and the rhubarb into pieces
  2. Put all the ingredients into a saucepan, cover the saucepan and cook for 30 minutes, until you obtain a compote
  3. If you think the mixture is too thin and liquid-like, uncover the saucepan so that the juice evaporates
  4. Fill the sterilized Le Parfait Super Terrine 125g jars immediately and proceed to the heat treatment
