Preserved roast pork Recipe

With this easy homemade recipe, you will quite simply be able to preserve the best pork dish that exists. Its taste is incomparable, and you can use it to accompany a soup, for example, or take it on a picnic.​

  • 1 kg of roast pork
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 bunch of fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper

  1. Make the roast as you would usually (as if you were planning to eat a roast of the same size). Add the salt, pepper, thyme and bay leaf.
  2. Put it in a Le Parfait Super or Le Parfait Familia Wiss terrine that is the right size to allow minimum space for air, while leaving 2 cm from the top. Do not add any liquid.
  3. Seal and proceed immediately to the heat treatment for 3 hours at 100°C.

Note: This preserved roast is perfect to take for a picnic.
