Recipe Potato & Beetroot Puree

This delicious mashed potato with its original autumn flavour is perfect for everyone, even babies from 12 months! Creamy and inimitably colourful, it's the perfect way to add a little fun to any meal and make a change from traditional mashed potatoes!

Ingredients

Number of persons: 3/4 serving
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 cooked beetroot

Preparation

  1. Prepare your jars by washing them in hot, soapy water and letting them air dry.
  1. Wash, peel, dice and cook the potatoes in the microwave (750W) for 15 min. Meanwhile, peel and dice the beetroot.
  2. Puree the potatoes and beetroot in a blender to the desired consistency.
  3. Fill the Le Parfait Super 125 Terrines up to 2 cm below the edge, close and proceed immediately with the heat treatment, 45 min at 100°C (212°F).

Before serving, heat up the preparation and add a knob of butter.
