Pineapple in Syrup Recipe

Le Parfait Super Jars
- Peel the pineapple and dice it into small cubes.
- In a large pan, heat the water and sugar. Remove from heat when boiling.
- Fill the Le Parfait Jars with the pineapple cubes and cover with the sugar syrup up to 2 cm from the brim. Seal tightly and proceed immediately to the heat treatment, for 30 min at 100°C.
