Recipe Orange tea jelly

- Leave the tea to infuse in 80 cl of boiling water for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, squeeze the oranges to obtain 40 cl and cut off some of the zest.
- Blanch the zests for 5 minutes in boiling water, remove and drain.
- Pour the tea, orange juice, zest and sugar into a jam pan and stir.
- Bring to the boil. Start to cook for 7 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Check that the jam is cooked by pouring a few drops onto a cold plate and then tilting the plate. The jam should run gently.
- Skim the contents of the jars, close them and turn them upside down.
