- Peel and chop the carrots and squash.
- Cook 30 minutes in the pressure cooker.
- Add the coconut milk. Puree in the blender.
- Fill the jars up to the mark, about 2 cm from the top of the jar. Close and proceed immediately to the heat treatment, 45 minutes at 100°C.
