Recipe Mulled wine

Ah the mulled wine! Often associated with planting the stick, this recipe is perfect for warming up and bringing back good memories. Citrus fruits and spices perfectly flavor this syrup which should be added to your red wine just before enjoying it in moderation of course!

Preparation

Prepare the recipe in advance, all you have to do is add the wine when serving.

1. Peel the orange, clementine and lime - ideally, with a vegetable peeler, being careful not to add any seeds. Squeeze the fruit to make juice but do not keep the pulp.

2. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and gently bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes to obtain a moderately thick syrup.

3. Carefully pour the boiling syrup (with the peelings, spices, etc.) into the sterilized jam jar.

Your preparation can be kept for a year!

Serving suggestion : Warm the syrup in a saucepan and add two bottles of medium to full-bodied red wine, such as Nero d'Avola from Sicily. Treat yourself !

ALCOHOL ABUSE IS DANGEROUS FOR HEALTH. TO CONSUME WITH MODERATION.

BOnjour,
je pense qu’il y a une erreur dans votre recette.
100ml de vin, ce n’est pas assez, vous voulez dire 1000ml ou 1 litre je pense.
Merci
