- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Preparation
- Peel the potatoes and wash the broccoli.
- Cut into pieces.
- Cook the vegetables using the technique of your choice (steamed, in a pressure cooker or in the microwave).
- Purée the entire mixture in the blender, adding the nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste.
- Immediately fill the Le Parfait terrines up to 2 cm from the rim, close and sterilise (heat treatment) for 45 minutes at 100°C.
Store the terrines in your cupboards and don’t forget to make labels with the contents and date. Before feeding your baby, open the terrine and heat it in the microwave. You can add a bit of milk or a dab of butter.
