Love Potion Recipe

1. Put the rose petals, cane sugar and water in a saucepan.
2. Bring to the boil for 10 minutes then turn off the heat and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Leave to cool.
3. Rinse the strawberries and cut them into quarters. Sprinkle with cane sugar then mix. 
4. Leave to marinate at room temperature for 1/4 hour.
5. In a 1l Le Parfait Super Jar, mix 265ml of rose syrup with the infused petals and sugar-marinated strawberries.
6. Add 3 or 4 tablespoons of the strawberry juice, then add the 40% white agricultural rum to the top of the jar.
7. Store in a cool, dry place away from light and wait for 6 months to 1 year before consuming.
