- Rinse and drain the chickpeas.
- In your blender, mix the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, crushed garlic cloves and yogurt, adding the olive oil in a drizzle. Salt and add chili powder to taste.
- Fill the Le Parfait Super 500 terrines up to 2 cm from the rim, close and immediately sterilise (heat treatment) for 45 minutes at 100°C.
Tip: Serve with fresh mint or coriander, along with veggie sticks.
