Ingredients

Number of persons: Several servings
  • 400 g chickpeas
  • 100 g of Tahin (sesame puree)
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Espelette pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 stirred yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Mint or Coriander

Preparation

  1. Rinse and drain the chickpeas.
  2. In your blender, mix the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, crushed garlic cloves and yogurt, adding the olive oil in a drizzle. Salt and add chili powder to taste.
  3. Fill the Le Parfait Super 500 terrines up to 2 cm from the rim, close and immediately sterilise (heat treatment) for 45 minutes at 100°C.

Tip: Serve with fresh mint or coriander, along with veggie sticks.
