Preparation

  1. In a non-stick pan, brown the roast on all sides.
  2. At the same time, make up the jelly and put it aside.
  3. Once the roast is browned, put it in a jar, add the selected herbs and the pepper, and cover with jelly. Do not add salt.
  4. Seal the jar and proceed immediately to the heat treatment for 2½ hours at 100°C
  5. You can serve this recipe cold with a salad and/or fries, or reheat it with green beans.
