Green Pea Soup Recipe

Oh, peas. We love them so, but they're only in season for a short time. To savour their slightly sweet flavour all year round, grab your jars and lids! This soup is a real treat that you can choose to enjoy hot or cold, according to the weather. Packed with more energy than other green vegetables, let it be known that peas are a good source of vitamin C.
