500g green beans, stemmed
3 whole washed apricots
6 soft apricots (dried apricots)
2 cloves of garlic

Preparation
- Remove the pit of the fresh apricots and cut each quarter lengthwise into 4 pieces, then cut the dried apricots into strips.
- Proceed to the jarring, start by placing a handful of green beans in the bottom of the jar, put some fresh apricots and soft apricots. Before adding the garlic to the jar, crush it.
- Add the beans and apricots, packing them well.
- Add a pinch of coarse salt to each jar.
- Finally, fill the jars with water up to 2 cm from the rim, close and proceed immediately to the heat treatment for 2 hours at 100°C.
