500g green beans, stemmed

3 whole washed apricots

6 soft apricots (dried apricots)

2 cloves of garlic

1 pinch of coarse salt per jar

Preparation

  1. Remove the pit of the fresh apricots and cut each quarter lengthwise into 4 pieces, then cut the dried apricots into strips.
  2. Proceed to the jarring, start by placing a handful of green beans in the bottom of the jar, put some fresh apricots and soft apricots. Before adding the garlic to the jar, crush it.
  3. Add the beans and apricots, packing them well.
  4. Add a pinch of coarse salt to each jar.
  5. Finally, fill the jars with water up to 2 cm from the rim, close and proceed immediately to the heat treatment for 2 hours at 100°C.
