Preparation

 

  1. Brown all the chicken legs in a large pot in a large casserole dish with a little oil.
  2. Remove the chicken from the pan and put the onions in its place with the spices, let it brown for a few minutes.
  3. Put back all the pieces of poultry. Cover with coconut milk and water and let the chicken cook for one hour covered.
  4. Fill the jars with the meat first, then the sauce up to 2 cm of the line. Close properly and proceed immediately to the heat treatment, 1 hour 30 minutes at 100°C (212°F).
