7 pieces of fresh rhubarb
4 bananas
100 g caster sugar

Preparation
- Wash and peel the rhubarb. Peel the bananas.
- Cut the rhubarb and bananas into small pieces.
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan with sugar and stir over medium heat until cooked and soft (some prefer with a lot of pieces, others don’t).
- Ladle into the Le Parfait Jars up to 2 cm from the rim and proceed immediately to the heat treatment, 40 minutes at 100°C.
- Allow to cool then store in a cool dry place. Don’t forget to make labels with the contents and date!
