- Chop the onions.
- In a skillet, brown the onions in a little oil until you get a color.
- Add the lenses and water (2.5 times the volume of lenses). Cook for about 20 minutes over medium heat.
- Drain if necessary (keeping the cooking liquid).
- Mix the lens preparation with nuts, oil, vinegar, powdered chili, salt and pepper. Add a little cooking liquid if necessary.
- Fill the terrines up to 2cm from the edge then proceed to the heat treatment at 100 ° C for 2 hours.
- When serving, mix the spread with a little water if the texture is too dry. Add a little fresh chives on top.
