- Rinse the potatoes and parsnips. Peel them and cut them into cubes. Weigh 100 g of potato and 50 g of parsnips.
- Cook the potato and parsnip cubes so that they can be crushed in puree (steam cooking, microwave, etc.)
- At the end of cooking, keep the cooking juice well. It will allow you to adjust the texture of the mash.
- Mix or finely crush the cubes of potato and parsnips with a dozen tablets with cooking fluid. You should get a smooth and rather liquid puree.
- Season with a very small pinch of turmeric (if you have opted for this option) and mix/crush again.
- Fill the terrine up to 2 cm from the edge, close and immediately proceed to the heat treatment 1h30 to 100 ° C.
- To delight baby, all you have to do is warm it up.
