Preparation

  1. Rinse the potatoes and parsnips. Peel them and cut them into cubes. Weigh 100 g of potato and 50 g of parsnips.
  2. Cook the potato and parsnip cubes so that they can be crushed in puree (steam cooking, microwave, etc.)
  3. At the end of cooking, keep the cooking juice well. It will allow you to adjust the texture of the mash.
  4. Mix or finely crush the cubes of potato and parsnips with a dozen tablets with cooking fluid. You should get a smooth and rather liquid puree.
  5. Season with a very small pinch of turmeric (if you have opted for this option) and mix/crush again.
  6. Fill the terrine up to 2 cm from the edge, close and immediately proceed to the heat treatment 1h30 to 100 ° C.
  7. To delight baby, all you have to do is warm it up.
