  • 150 g de courgette épluchée
  • 1 œuf
  • 1/2 brin de ciboulette

Preparation

  1. Rinse, peel and cut the zucchini in cubes. Weigh 150 g.
  2. Chop the chives.
  3. Cook the zucchini cubes and chives so that you can easily crush them (steam cooking, microwave, etc.).
  4. At the end of cooking, keep the cooking liquid, it will allow you to adjust the texture of the puree.
  5. Cook an egg to get a hard egg (for example, 10 minutes in boiling water) and wipe it.
  6. Mix or finely crush 1/3 of the hard egg and zucchini cubes. You must get a puree with a few small pieces of about 1 mm and the texture must be homogeneous. If the texture seems too dense and the pieces too large, add a little cooking liquid and mix/crush.
  7. Fill the terrine up to 2 cm from the drinker, close and immediately proceed to the heat treatment 1h45 at 100 ° C.
  8. To delight baby, all you have to do is warm it up.
