Recipe Zucchini puree and chives

Ingredients

- Rinse, peel and cut the zucchini in cubes. Weigh 150 g.
- Chop the chives.
- Cook the zucchini cubes and chives so that you can easily crush them (steam cooking, microwave, etc.).
- At the end of cooking, keep the cooking liquid, it will allow you to adjust the texture of the puree.
- Cook an egg to get a hard egg (for example, 10 minutes in boiling water) and wipe it.
- Mix or finely crush 1/3 of the hard egg and zucchini cubes. You must get a puree with a few small pieces of about 1 mm and the texture must be homogeneous. If the texture seems too dense and the pieces too large, add a little cooking liquid and mix/crush.
- Fill the terrine up to 2 cm from the drinker, close and immediately proceed to the heat treatment 1h45 at 100 ° C.
- To delight baby, all you have to do is warm it up.
