  • 1.5 kg d'oignons
  • 70 g de cassonade
  • 100 g de beurre
  • Huile d'olives
  • 20 cl de vin blanc
  • 50 cl de vinaigre de vin
  • 10 cl de grenadine
  • Herbes de Provence
  • Sel et poivre

Preparation

  1. Slide the white onions or red onions and brown them in olive oil and half the butter over high heat.
