- Brush, wash then cut the 2 ends of the cucumbers.
- Slightly prick the surface of the cucumbers with a fork, sprinkle them with salt and set aside a few hours.
- Rinse them and let them soak a few hours or even a night in water.
- Arrange the cucumbers in the jars with a composition of herbs and cover with a boiling brine dosed at 50g of salt for 1l of water.
- Close and proceed without delay the heat treatment of this fresh recipe, 40 minutes at 100 ° C.
