- Split each lemon in 4 lengthwise
- Pour the coarse salt in the center of each lemon. The coarse salt must be well distributed throughout the lemon pulp and fill all interstices.
- Put the lemons in a jar Le Parfait Super 1 L and pour the water over it. Close the jar.
- Be patient you will have to wait at least two months.
