Recipe Strawberry soup

On adore tous les fraises et leur bon goût de soleil. Charnue, délicieuse, la fraise nous attire avec sa belle parure rouge mais elle reste très fragile et doit être consommée rapidement. Alors pour prolonger cette saveur de l'été, hop, hop, hop, préparons des conserves de soupe de fraises ! Il n'y a pas plus simple que cette recette : un tour de mixer, la phase de traitement thermique et le tour est joué !

1 cuillère à café de jus de citron

Preparation

  1. Wash and hoist strawberries.
  2. Put them in a blender with mint and lemon juice. Mix finely. For a very smooth result, pass the Chinese coulis.
  3. Fill the terrines to the level indicated by the line (approx. 2 cm from the edge). Close the terrines and immediately proceed to the heat treatment 30 minutes at 100 ° C.
