Ingredients

Number of persons: 4 personnes
  • 2,5 kg de tomates bien mûres
  • 2 oignons
  • 3 gousses d'ail
  • Mélange d'herbes aromatiques
  • 1 bouquet de basilic
  • 1 c. à café de sucre
  • Quatre épices
  • 1 c. à soupe d'huile d'olive
  • Sel, poivre

Preparation
