Connue comme étant la boisson des dieux, l'Hydromel est l'une des plus anciennes boissons alcoolisées consommée par l'homme. Composé seulement d'eau et de miel n'hésitez pas à en essayer plusieurs afin de varier les plaisirs ! Miel de châtaignier, de lavande ou d'acacia : à vous de choisir !

Ingredients

  • 300g de miel artisanal
  • 700ml d'eau non chlorée

Preparation

  1. Mix the honey and the water in a jar then cover with a laundry (or a gauze) fixed with an elastic
  2. Leave at room temperature and mix 1 to 2 times a day to create a homogeneous liquid 
  3. After 5 to 7 days, you should see thin bubbles appear. Close the jar.
  4. Leave to ferment for 4 weeks at room temperature 
  5. Put your preparation in a lemonadier swing top le Parfait And let ferment another 3 months at room temperature before tasting. If you want a less sparkling drink, let the gas escape from time to time.

Be careful at the time of opening! 

May contain up to 8% alcohol - to be consumed in moderation
