- Mix the honey and the water in a jar then cover with a laundry (or a gauze) fixed with an elastic
- Leave at room temperature and mix 1 to 2 times a day to create a homogeneous liquid
- After 5 to 7 days, you should see thin bubbles appear. Close the jar.
- Leave to ferment for 4 weeks at room temperature
- Put your preparation in a lemonadier swing top le Parfait And let ferment another 3 months at room temperature before tasting. If you want a less sparkling drink, let the gas escape from time to time.
Be careful at the time of opening!
May contain up to 8% alcohol - to be consumed in moderation
