Preparation

  1. Wash the jars, sterilize the rubber rings or capsules. Wash the red fruits and dry them on a cloth. Batter the eggs.
  2. Mix all the ingredients except the fruits with a drummer on slow to Moyenne speed for about 30 seconds, until the mixture is frothy. Pour the preparation into a double pocket.
  3. Cut two circles of parchment paper and place them at the bottom of your jars, this will facilitate the unmolding.
  4. Pour a layer of the preparation into the jar, then add a few berries. Repeat the operation twice. Please have it to be fulfilled, as the preparation will swell during heat treatment.
  5. Close the jars then immediately proceed to the heat treatment for an hour (from boiling). Turn off and leave the jars immersed in hot water, remove them when the water has cooled. The jars keep in a dry closet up to a year.

Presentation suggestions and notes:

Use high -air chicken eggs to give your cake a pretty yellow color. Enjoy warm or at room temperature. To warm up, simply place the jar in hot water for 15 minutes, then turn the jar turning and peel the edges with a pointed knife. To taste with a custard, fresh cream or vanilla ice cream, especially with the warm cake. This softness is perfect on any occasion!

Pourriez-vous indiquer à quelle température doit-on faire le traitement thermique ?
Merci
