Ingredients

Number of persons: 6 à  8 personnes
  • 1 kg de bœuf (gite)
  • 1 bouteille de vin rouge
  • 50 g de beurre
  • 1 kg de carottes
  • 2 oignons
  • 2 gousses d'ail
  • 200 g d'échalotes
  • 250 g de lard fumé en dés
  • 1 bouquet garni
  • Sel
  • Poivre

Preparation

  1. Cut the meat into large dice.
  2. Peel the onions and shallots then chop them. Peel and cut the carrots into rings.
