Recipe Mint-bergamot kefir

  • 1 sprig of mint and bergamot
  • 1L non-chlorinated water
  • 30 g kefir grains
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 dried fig
  • 50g sugar

1. Infuse the mint in cold water overnight.
2. Prepare your traditional kefir following our recipe: Kefir
3. When the fig has risen to the surface, remove it along with the lemon and mint, then strain to recover the grains.
4. Pour the mixture into a Swing Top Le Parfait lemonade maker and store the recipe for 2 to 3 days at room temperature.
5. You can then keep your drink in the fridge until you are ready to enjoy it.
