The tomatoes are put in green!

 

As summer tells us goodbye and the sun is gradually putting out its rays, this is the end of the tomato season! Sniff, sniff ... tomatoes already on feet will not mature anymore, they will remain green. But the good news is that with green tomatoes we can still make delicious recipes.

 

In order not to waste and make the most of these immature tomatoes, two solutions as good one that the other offer to you. Green tomato jam is a delight that will re-enchant your breakfasts, while the green tomato chutney will go perfectly with many of your cooked dishes and giving them pep!

 

So say, see you next year to red, yellow, black tomatoes, and take advantage of the green tomato and hope without waiting!
