An innovative closure system
The bistro jars are equipped with an innovative stainless steel closure: the reinforcement can be used during thermal treatment but also to now the closed jar for "on the Go" use. At the end of heat treatment, remove them to reuse them on another jar, the first will remain closed. The clips are united with the reinforcement, so you have no risk of losing them!
