- Obtain 1.2l of grape juice then dissolve the liquid vanilla extract.
- Add the giant sugar and stir well.
- Bring to a boil and allow a cooking time of 5 min. Stir up constantly.
- Check the cooking by pouring a few drops on a plate, the jelly should run gently.
- Ecumem and proceed without waiting for the pots. Close them then turn them back for 1 min, then put them back to the location to let them cool.
