Recipe Pineapple chutney

Il y a le jus d'ananas et aussi son chutney qui fleure bon l'exotisme ! Idéal pour accompagner un poulet au curry, il pourra également agrémenter tout type de viande pour changer du quotidien.

Ingredients

Number of persons: 4 personnes
  • 1 ananas
  • 200 g d'oignons
  • 2 dl de vinaigre de cidre
  • 1 citron vert
  • 100 g de cassonade
  • 30 g de gingembre frais
  • 1 petit piment
  • 1 cuillerée à café de graines de coriandre
  • 2 clous de girofle

Preparation
