300g raspberries
500g watermelon
3 apricots
2 peaches
A few mint leaves

Preparation

1.Wash raspberries.
2.Peel and roughly chop watermelon.
3.Wash, pit and roughly chop apricots and peaches.
4.Wash and remove leaves from mint.
5.Place all ingredients in a blender and blend to smoothie consistency.
6.If the smoothie isn't liquid enough, add a little water, lemon juice or coconut water. If the smoothie isn't sweet enough, add a little honey, agave syrup or maple syrup.
7.Pour smoothie into a container. Refrigerate. Enjoy chilled.
