Ingredients

Number of persons: 4-6 servings
  • 100g green beans
  • 100g shelled peas
  • 1 small zucchini (100g)
  • 1 small spring onion

Preparation

  • Hull and shred the green beans, then cut them into small cubes.
  • Shell the peas, peel the zucchini and cut it into small pieces.
  • Peel and slice the onion. Steam the peas, green beans and zucchini for 30 minutes.
  • Mix or not the vegetables depending on the age of your child.
  • Fill the Le Parfait Super 125 terrines with this recipe to within 2 cm of the rim, close and immediately heat treat for 45 minutes at 100°C.


When serving, add a portion of melted cheese and finely chopped ham to this vegetable recipe, then reheat.
