  • 3 kg of oranges
  • 1 bunch of mint
  • 3 tbsp of honey
  • 1 tbsp of cinnamon
  • 300 g of sugar
  • Water

  • Peel the oranges and cut them. Fill a container by interspersing the orange slices, honey, cinnamon and mint.
  • Leave to macerate overnight.
  • Fill the jars with the oranges.
  • Collect the juice, add the sugar and bring to the boil to make a syrup. Cover the oranges with the syrup, close and proceed immediately to the heat treatment, 45 min at 100°C.
