  • 4 apples
  • 2 pears
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 100g caster sugar

  • Wash and peel the apples and pears. Cut them to remove the hearts.
  • Cut the fruit into pieces and cook them with the caster sugar, vanilla sugar and 3 tablespoons of water.
  • During cooking, mix and puree everything.
  • Once the fruits are cooked, fill the Le Parfait Super 125 terrines with this homemade compote and immediately heat treat them for 45 minutes at 100°C.
