Recipe Tomato/Strawberry jam

Cash the top of the cherry cross tomatoes, with the point of the tip of a knife. Boil a large volume of water for boosting them for 1 min. Then plunge the tomatoes into a very cold bowl of water and swallow them. Equeut the strawberries and cut them in half.

Place everything in a bassine with a bonfit, pour the sugar and mix.

Cook 30 min at medium fee. To check the cooking, carry out the cold plate test. Pour a few drops of jam on a cold plate, tip the plate, the jam must sink gently.

Then fill the jumpers Le Parfait with the preparation. Close them and turn them back for 1 min, then put them back to the right to let them cool.
